After residents place their bagged trash outside their doors in the provided trash cans, our Trusted Trash Technicians collect and dispose of the trash in on-site community dumpsters. This offers convenience to the residents, solves sanitation and aesthetic issues associated with residents leaving trash outside their door for hours on end, and promotes community cleanliness.

Our Pickup Guarantee ensures that our Trusted Trash Technicians will still pick up a resident's trash if they have a violation or infraction (trash left untied, spilled outside of the provided trash bin, etc.). Although the trash will always be disposed of to prevent smelly hallways, these infractions will still be reported to property management to ensure future correction and compliance.
